At Brandset Media Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality results with full transparency and mutual responsibility. These policies protect both your business and ours. Please read carefully.

1. Client Responsibilities (Dependencies)

To avoid delays, miscommunication, or liability, the client must provide the following before or during project execution:

– Service & Product Information

• A clear bullet-point list of all services, products, or business offerings.
• This ensures accurate messaging, SEO alignment, and fast execution.

– Visual Assets

• All images, videos, or media to be used in the project must be client-supplied.
• If no media is provided, we may use placeholder images, but we will not publish without written approval.

Copyright Disclaimer:

If any client-provided media (image, video, music, logo, or content) results in a copyright strike or legal action, Brandset Media is not liable.
Reason: As per India’s Cyber & IP Laws (2025), only the original owner is responsible for licensing and usage rights of digital assets.

We recommend using either:

• Original content (shot or designed by the client), or
• Licensed stock assets (you may request our stock library support as an add-on).

– Business Contact Details

• Full registered business name, physical address, contact number, and email must be submitted.
• This is mandatory for website footers, Google listings, and legal identification.

– Change Requests & Revisions

• All content changes, text updates, image swaps, and revision requests must be sent ONLY to:
   support@testing.brandsetmedia.com

Accepted formats:

• Google Docs or Word files with comments
• Video walkthrough (Loom or screen recording)
• Marked screenshots with clear annotations

 WhatsApp, Phone Calls, or Verbal Instructions will not be accepted for official changes. This is for quality control and accountability.

2. Legal & Copyright Responsibility

Brandset Media does not accept liability for content provided by the client that violates:

• Copyright or trademark laws
• Government advertising regulations
• Platform-specific ad guidelines (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.)

Any strike, removal, or legal complaint caused by client content will be the client’s full responsibility.

We advise clients to validate all assets and messaging to avoid regulatory penalties.

3. Payment Policy & Project Suspension Rights

We follow a strict milestone-based or upfront payment system. In case of non-payment, Brandset Media holds full rights to:

• Suspend or unpublish the website/app/software
• Revoke hosting, domain, or credentials managed by us
• Pause SEO, PPC, or marketing campaigns
• Withhold source code, designs, or access credentials

Legal Right: As per Indian Cyber Law 2025 and commercial contract law, service providers are permitted to halt delivery or suspend assets in the event of payment default.

No refunds are issued for partial work, ongoing campaigns, or consumed man-hours.

4. Communication Policy

• All official communication must happen via email.
• Any disputes, approvals, or changes discussed via phone or third-party apps are not considered valid unless confirmed by email.
• All project-related discussions are archived for legal compliance and future reference.

5. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes, if arise, will be handled under the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court, India — unless specified otherwise in the contract.

6. Optional Add-Ons for Clients (Recommended)

• Legal Page Templates – Ready-made Terms, Privacy, and Return Policies
• Stock Image Library – If you don’t have your own visuals
• Brand Audit Service – We’ll verify your images, text, and branding assets for copyright and ad compliance
