GRN DMC is a B2B Destination Management Company that works only with travel agents and registered travel businesses. We do not sell directly to end consumers. All services, rates, and content on our platforms are created for professional use.

All bookings must be made using the official GRN DMC system or through your assigned account manager. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received according to the payment plan we share with you.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed only after we receive the refund from our supplier. Refunds may take time depending on the supplier's internal process.

Non-refundable bookings will not receive refunds under any circumstance.

It is the agent's responsibility to ensure that their clients have valid travel documents. This includes:
